John Singer Sargent - Miss Ellen Terry as Lady Macbeth

John Singer Sargent - Miss Ellen Terry as Lady Macbeth

Mad people have a certain erotic schizophrenia normal people are attracted to. It’s that unwavering certainty that scares and thrills mere mortals. Brilliantly captured by the great Maestro on this painting.

darling, from were did you concluded this interesting fact ?
and in any case, i would love to know what erotic schizophrenia looks/feels like….do tell…..:)

Welcome back my dear Miss Moon and thanks for the comment.

Ultimate power always was very erotic (to followers).
And people who work with total dedication for power also had that aura.

Erotic Schizophrenia: on one side being turned on by power, but also being turned off by the use of power. A sort of love / hate relationship.

I think in men it’s the desire to dominate and being the alpha wolf. For woman it’s excitement and the security aspect of getting the best support for her ‘eggs’.

Plus power is like a drug for the mind and emotions. Small egos love power, because it makes them a ‘proper person’.

Is that answer enough for you? ;-)
