Five Minutes To Midnight

I recently found this rather disturbing news reel about the still lingering possibilities of a nuclear war. It shows that almost all the atomic nations have learned nothing.

Very scary stuff.

I agree Judi. I hoped we had left behind nuclear warfare 1989 …

I know America hasn’t learned it’s lessons. Our country is still storing nukes all over the world in violation of many treaties. The prospect of this acyually happening scares me.

Oh, hello static! Welcome back and thanks for your comment.

You are right. What always surprises me is the sheer number of american and russian warheads around. Not just a few hundreds, but thousands. France, Britain, Israel, Pakistan and India have only a very few compared to the big boys.

I left a link to an article I put up awhile back attached to my name about “those embarrassing ninety nukes in the backyard”

And it doesn’t really matter who th eplayers are as far I am concerned. One little boom and we can maybe kiss our a** goodbye.

Thanks for the link and the insight static!
