Stupid religious Reasons for Death

spiritual_logic of god

God killed your baby girl so he can give her back to you on judgement day in mint condition.

There actually is no way to rationalize ANY gods reason for killing the innocent and the young. That is a “flaw” in all religions - and they can’t explain it or makes any sense out of a “senseless” death.

Nature is not rational, it follows no great plan, no philosophy and no desire - apart from random selection, brutal honesty and death in all shapes, sizes and forms.

Nature just is and death just happens - and we should accept it without building weird ideas around OUR inability to cope with unavoidable end that is coming to all of us.

This lack of rationality is the consequence of man’s sin. It is very simple for believers to know that an earth separated from God it what you see today. Adam and Eve had a choice and now we all know the result of an earth cursed with entropy.

Death is entropy but Jesus has given all those who believe eternal life. If you can believe in evil then know that it is the result of willful separation from God. God has given us all free will but this is a choice that needs to come from faith not hard evidence or scientific proof. Understand that if there where a science proof of God then all would rush to churches everywhere for the false reasons and it would not really be a free choice. God needs there to be a willingness through faith and dedication and the reward is in this life regardless of an afterlife. I have faith that God will provide all I need and Jesus instructs on happiness for today in rich fulfilling ways that non-Christians will not understand.

@Jackanapes: “… Jesus instructs on happiness for today in rich fulfilling ways that non-Christians will not understand …”

Well, I was a Christian and I didn’t get it. So we better leave at that, since religious dogma vs humanitarian science don’t mix well.

“since religious dogma vs humanitarian science don’t mix well.”

The idea that one is a dogma and that means it is some how wrong and the other gets the word science is in my mind no less a dogma. Darwin is the dogma of tooth and claw! Imperialism of Darwin’s era gave the spoils to the victor! Dawkins is a neo-evangelist of a new humanitarian take over of the hearts and minds of this generation.

Jesus was very insightful regarding the human condition. Man is inherently evil and none will see his bloody instinct for the power, greed, and sex.

It’s a dogma eat dogma world out there!

@Jackanapes: A religious dogma doesn’t evolve or adapt to new insights - scientific theories evolve and adapt to new facts.

EOD

“@Jackanapes: A religious dogma doesn’t evolve or adapt to new insights - scientific theories evolve and adapt to new facts.

EOD”

And Truth is fixed in a didactic that will not change as there is no new information to find much less allow for modification.

Scientific theories evolve and adapt to new facts and also gives significant evidence of confirmation bias that is inherent in the Atheist moment. I also might ad that it is a religion that will not say it is a religion. It is an ideology that will solipsisticly define it’s self as having no ideology! All refutation is a straw man argument to this popular rationalist meme. Atheism is full of furry that under there own solipsist definition signifies nothing.

Embrace eternity and you will find you will like it!
