I have four titties, but I’m male, so both pairs are pretty useless… Sometimes I wonder what would happened had I been a girl.

This said, supernumerary titties are rather common, and they may happen almost in **any** part of the human body… even places as strange as the back or legs. As always, the Wikipedia entry:
