Mad Wildfires again - thanks to Climate Change

wa_california_fires

Anyone remember the devastating fires in Greece last year?

This year it’s once again California’s turn to suffer fires and huge areas of nature destroyed. Yes, Mother nature uses fires to clear out forests - so big fires are not unusual. But climate change and human intervention have changed the equation.

We hardly can afford to loose huge amounts of trees - we need every tree to get rid of CO2.

It’s weird that even though I live in California, I haven’t heard much about this on the news I’ve been listening to on the radio. Barely a mention on CNN. It was only tonight when I heard that our ‘illustrious leader’ was in our State for a fundraiser, that I became aware that the fires blaze on … and that was only because his handlers made sure he met with for a few minutes a few firefighters.

What is all over the news here in the southern part of the State is the mammoth sinkhole that caused the closure of the 110 Freeway near Pasadena, snarling traffic.

Climate change is one theory. HAARP is another. And a mind-boggling third that HAARP created the holes in the ozone layer.

@Judi: Isn’t it amazing how mass media can shift the attention or simply ignore such huge ‘events’?

@static: Thanks for the video links!
