Maestro Hans Memling is hardly a household name, but his artwork deserves close attention. Although his topics are typical for his day and age - it’s his intensity and skill that impresses me.

great blog-art!
Today i read a contribution in ´Spiegel` (www.spiegel.de/spiegel/0,1518,567038,00.html) in the tenor: ” Oh, this poor ´Beta-Blogger`in Germany” vs. the famous Alpha-Star-Blogger in US… but it go unheeded any charming german-blogs with poetry, art and other matter except politics or currently news-reports…

@mo: Most German blogs sucks and the German Blogosphere is a joke compared to the American one. But that would be a topic for another posting …
