Just admit it: you want it, you need and you can’t survive the day without it. Our bodies love sugar, because it used to be a rare food resource. That is why we lust for it so much. But today we hove way too much calories on our plates (at least in rich countries).
And we also haven’t learned to control ourselves opposing this delicious temptation.

Mark Steel is a brilliant writer and his insightful lectures are pure pleasure to consume. Highly recommended. You can find them on YouTube, but you also can buy them on Amazon. Too bad there seems no DVD release of the TV series based on his great lectures. You can also enjoy his great work by downloading tons of files from his great website as well.

I am still sick – which sucks. The flu in November totally drained my batteries, so other nasty bugs had an easy time infecting me. So I have an ear infection now and another nasty cold. I am soooo tired of being horizontal.
I think some genes are worth removing from the genetic pool. Trimming the herd isn’t such a bad thing.
